The Scope of this Privacy Policy
SecurityGuardExperts.com ("SecurityGuardExperts", "we," or "our") believes that your privacy is very important. This Privacy Policy addresses user privacy while accessing the Site or utilizing any of the Site services ("Site" or "Web site"), including the information we collect, and how that data is used and shared, while protecting your privacy.
What information do we collect?
We collect information from you when you register on our site, create a user account, request security service (online or tele-robotic), or subscribe to our newsletter, or social media accounts. When registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, service city information, phone number, and other personal information. You may also visit our site anonymously.
We collect personal information and email address for purposes such as authenticating user accounts, providing subscription service details, registering to post content, sending account login details and confirmation emails, email alerts, providing Admin Tools services, Advertising plan which you may sign up for, etc.
For paid account holders, we collect contact information, such as name(s), phone/fax number(s), and address for billing purposes. We sometimes collect your phone number for account verification purposes, MyGuardTM Tool use and Advertising purposes, and may transmit it to a third party service for tele-robotic verification and or/ other tele-robotic services, including and not limited to any and all Admin Tools functionality and function.
When you fill out one of our online service request forms we ask you for your name, email address, contact phone number and description of your security or other service needs. This information is forwarded to account holders of the Site in order for them to contact you directly. We may also follow up with you to find out about your experience with the Site and to make you aware of other services we offer.
We may collect and store any personal information you enter on SecurityGuardExperts or provide to us in some other manner (electronically or not, or automatically or not) including through the use of our Admin Tools and Advertising plans (as note in the Term and Conditions of the Site). This includes identifying information, such as your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, business contacts, clients list and service details, employee details, security service details, private commercial data, private noncommercial data, and, if you transact business with us, financial information such as your payment method (valid credit card number, type, expiration date or other financial information).
We also may request information about your interests and activities, qualifications, employment status, certifications, gender and age, and other demographic information as well as public information such as licensing, criminal record, disciplinary history records, user ratings and reviews, saved searches, lists, and other information as required by the Site. Private data, content, personal or business information deemed private for security reasons will only be accessible by you and via a password protected login, except where the data is authorized by the Site for public display, at SecurityGuardExperts sole discretion.
How do we protect your information?
- We don't employ tracking devices for marketing purposes ("cookies", "web beacons," single-pixel gifs).
- We don't send you unsolicited communications for marketing purposes.
- SecurityGuardExperts, or users of the Site who provide content to the Site, may provide links to third party websites, which may have different privacy practices. - All user provided sensitive information and content is transmitted via a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Database to be only accessed by those authorized with special access rights to our systems. We are required to keep your personal information, permissions and passwords secure.
Do we use cookies?

If you believe your SecurityGuardExperts account has been compromised, report the incident using our contact form immediately. If you believe that your personal safety or the safety of an associate or employee, is at risk or if you believe that you may be the victim of identity theft or any other illegal conduct or activity, contact the appropriate federal, state or local law enforcement agencies directly. We take reasonable steps to protect your information, content, and data.
By using this Site you agree that SecurityGuardExperts cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information or content you transmit to us and you do so at your own risk. SecurityGuardExperts make every reasonable effort to ensure the transmissions security on our systems.
